The SBL Social Agent ("the App") is an internal automation tool operated by SBL Ventures, a laundromat operator, for the sole purpose of managing the company's own social media presence — including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and Google Business Profile listings owned or operated by SBL Ventures. The App is not offered as a product or service to the public, and does not accept registrations, subscriptions, or accounts from external users.
Access to the App is restricted to authorized SBL Ventures personnel. Only individuals expressly authorized by SBL Ventures may operate, configure, or invoke the App. Any unauthorized use, including reverse engineering, redistribution, or attempts to access the App's stored credentials or tokens, is prohibited.
The App connects to the official APIs operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) and Google LLC (Google Business Profile) using credentials and access tokens that authorize publishing on behalf of SBL Ventures' own accounts. The App's use of these platforms is governed by the terms of service and developer policies of Meta and Google respectively. Nothing in these Terms supersedes those agreements.
SBL Ventures is solely responsible for the content the App publishes through its own social media accounts. The App is a delivery mechanism — every post is drafted, reviewed, and approved by an authorized SBL Ventures team member before publication.
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. SBL Ventures makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. SBL Ventures may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBL Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
SBL Ventures may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
