Data Deletion Instructions — SBL Social Agent

About this page

This page explains how to request deletion of any data the SBL Social Agent ("the App") holds. The App is an internal automation tool operated by SBL Ventures for the sole purpose of publishing content to SBL Ventures' own social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and Google Business Profile listings).

Important: The App does not collect personal information from members of the public who interact with content it publishes. It only stores access tokens and identifiers for SBL Ventures' own social media accounts. In most cases there is no end-user data associated with the App to delete.

What data the App stores

Access tokens issued by Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC that authorize the App to post on behalf of SBL Ventures' own accounts.
Identifiers for those accounts (Page IDs, Instagram Business Account IDs, Google Business Profile location IDs).
Content drafted or uploaded by authorized SBL Ventures personnel for publication.
Summary performance metadata returned by the platforms (post IDs, timestamps, engagement counts) for internal reporting.

How to request deletion

If you believe the App has stored data about you and you would like that data removed, send an email to the address below. Include:

Your full name
The email address or social media handle you believe is associated with the data
A brief description of the data you would like deleted

SBL Ventures will respond within 30 days to confirm what (if any) data the App holds about you, and will delete that data if any is found.

Revoking the App's access to your social media accounts

If you are an SBL Ventures team member or admin who previously granted the App access to a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Google Business Profile, you can revoke that access at any time directly through the platform:

Facebook / Instagram: Visit Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find "SBL Social Agent," and click "Remove."
Google Business Profile: Visit Google Account → Third-party apps with account access, find "SBL Social Agent," and remove access.

Revoking access immediately invalidates the tokens stored by the App for those accounts.
